Throughout the day, attendees can engage in various activities, including an ice cream break and the Putting Challenge. Day Two: March 20th, 2024

The second day of the event begins with registration and a hearty breakfast, laying the groundwork for a day filled with informative sessions and discussions. Attendees can delve into topics such as building an OT Network, venturing into the world of underground fiber, and recruiting & retaining technical talent. Day Three: March 21st, 2024

The final day of the event begins with a networking breakfast, providing attendees with one last opportunity to connect and exchange ideas. The day’s agenda includes a closed session – Utility Only Business Meeting, featuring discussions on various company projects, as well as drawing of door prizes.

The event concludes with sessions on Grounding & Lightning Protection, offering insights into different types of ground and their applications in protecting people, property, and equipment.
