The Infinity Technology Solutions Microwave and Network Assurance Program (MNAP) provides customers with a multi-year network plan that provides upgrades, annual maintenance, and service support after the initial deployment of their microwave system. This comprehensive program ensures that systems continue to function as intended, with no degradation of reliability or performance.
Two Plan Options Are Available:
Microwave Only
Microwave w/Integrated MPLS

- Network support, including Remote Technical Support (RTS), Advanced Exchange (AE), and a Software Support Plan (SSP).
- Ongoing maintenance support with on-site technical support, preventive maintenance and labor for software support, and updates.
- Network upgrades to evaluate current equipment life-cycle support
- Monthly/Quarterly metric reports with recommended solutions and scheduled upgrades.
- Training for Nokia equipment by offering a Radio and Test Technician Certification course.
Microwave w/Integrated MPLS
- IP network design and implementation, including Low-Level Design (LLD) and/or High-Level Design (HLD) documentation.
- Generation of router script files and network testing.
- IP router evaluations of current equipment for lifecycle support and upgrades.
- Network Services Platform (NSP) design and integration to provide a more efficient way to automate, optimize and assure network services across multiple network layers and infrastructure.
- IP/MPLS-based networks for Public Safety entities featuring resilient and reliable delivery of critical operational and high-value business data via the Nokia 7705 SAR comprehensive suite of security features
