Infinity to Exhibit at DISTRIBUTECH International in May

Infinity will exhibit at DISTRIBUTECH International from May 23 to May 25. The leading annual transmission and distribution event will take place in Dallas, Texas at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. There will be more than 11,000 attendees at the conference. 

According to the event website, DISTRIBUTECH International addresses technologies used to move electricity from the power plant through the transmission and distribution systems to the meter and inside the home. The conference and exhibition offer information, products and services related to electricity delivery automation and:

Rick Perry, Former U.S. Secretary of Energy and Governor of Texas, will begin day one with a keynote address. He’ll provide insight on the current and emerging energy markets and how the energy sector should position itself to achieve a smooth and robust energy transition. Three other thought leaders will provide addresses during the event. 

While you’ll learn from these experts in the industry, you’ll also benefit from 13 topical tracks that are timely and relevant. Choose a track that interests you the most and customize the conference by attending 90-minute sessions to fit your needs. Conference tracks cover a range of topics including Asset Management, DERMS, Electric Vehicles, and Smart Cities/IoT. 

At DISTRIBUTECH International, you’ll also be able to attend shorter 30-minute sessions called Knowledge Hubs. These are designed to be “‘quick hits’ on a variety of hot topics in the industry.” Knowledge Hubs focus on:

If you can make it on Sunday, May 22, you can take workshop-format courses to gain skills and knowledge in specific industry fields. There is an additional charge to take these Utility University courses. Keep in mind that they fill up quickly and are only offered on May 22.
